Chak 69 Desserts offers a delightful treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. The falooda is especially enjoyable; rich, sweet, and refreshing. Their pink tea is also a standout, with a smooth, sweet flavor that complements the dessert menu well. However, the shop itself is quite small. Still, if you’re in the mood for classic South Asian sweets and don’t mind a cozy setting, it’s worth a visit.

I’ve been to many breakfast spots in Birmingham but this one is far most the best for a fraction of the price. We orderded the desi breakfast x2. The paranthas were fresh and big and the channa daal was the best we ever tasted. Will 100% be returning The owner/worker didn’t charge me for my neice’s tub of ice-cream either! They didnt mind her running around or making noise - very child friendly spot

After my initial visit to "Chak 69" on Ladypool Road, I had some concerns about the falooda, particularly the milk’s texture and richness. However, after raising my concern on second visit, I was genuinely impressed by the improvement. The Falooda this time was excellent—the milk had a genuine, creamy texture and the overall taste was spot on like pure desi Falooda, exactly what you’d hope for from an authentic falooda. The ice cream flavors remain a hit, especially with kids, and the shop’s convenient location adds to its charm. Seating is limited, but the quality of their desserts makes it well worth a visit. I appreciate how the team listened to concerned and delivered a much better experience. Highly recommended!- Service

It's in the heart of Birmingham's food street, right at the corner adjacent to Lahore Village, the shop offers traditional Pakistani sweets, desserts, Rasmalai, Traditional Pakistani Carrot Halwa, Gol Gappay and Pink Tea as in all time favourites, it has a very clean entrance and a small seating bench for snacking inside the shop

We love coming here. Very chilled out venue. Great food, and very well priced. Kids love the ice cream here, and we enjoy the desi or pink tea. This is our go-to point for a cheeky ice cream cone.

I went to chak69 today and tried the pink tea. As I am tea person. Can only say the tea was very nice flavour. I have traveled and been to lots of places like karak chai. Chaiwala. Chak69 tea is one of the tea so far.. Customer service was brilliant. I.also bought Chana chat. Which had nice flavour. Reasonable price for food. It is a hidden gem on ladypool Road. Worth a try. By the way matai did look nice.
This is a great place to get authentic Pakistani Street food from The fresh Mango milkshakes are excellent as they use real mangoes (during the summer anyway). The freshly squeezed orange juice is wonderful too. I've tried the spicy samosa chaat which was very good and the Kheer is the creamiest I've ever had. Well worth going to for a light bite to eat.
